How much does lawn mowing cost?

Lawn mowing prices are based on a combination of a base rate and the total service area size measured in square feet (sq. ft.). This ensures that pricing is fair for the amount of work required and competitive within your local market.

• Base Rate: Every service includes a base rate, which is dynamic and can vary based on the current demand and the number of available providers in your specific area.

• Property Size: Our base rate covers properties up to 3,000 square feet. If your service area exceeds this size, the price increases by a set amount for every additional 1,000 square feet.

• Partial Area: Please note that the base rate applies even if you only require a small portion of your property to be mowed.

When you request service, you will use our mapping tool to trace the areas of your lawn that need mowing. Our system then calculates the total square footage based on your trace.

• Accuracy is essential: It is important to trace your property accurately to ensure you receive a correct quote.

• Avoiding cancellations: Providers review the map before arriving. If a property is Poorly Marked (e.g., the map shows a small area but the actual lawn is much larger), the provider may cancel the job.
