How to View Your Credits

You can easily track your available credits and promotional balances directly within the LawnGuru app.

Follow these steps to view your balance:

1. Open the LawnGuru app and tap Account in the bottom navigation bar.

2. Tap Payments & Promos.

3. Your total available credit balance will be displayed at the top of the screen.

If you have multiple credits (such as a referral bonus, coupons, and a support credit), you can see the specific details of each:

• Tap the dollar amount: Tap your total credit balance to see a detailed list of individual credits.

• Redemption order: Credits are automatically applied to your next service in order of their value (largest to smallest) to ensure you get the most savings.

• Automatic Application: You don't need to do anything extra to use your credits; they are automatically applied to your next eligible service upon activation or placing the order.

• Expirations: LawnGuru credits do not expire. They will remain securely in your account until they are applied to a service.
