Customer Referral Program Terms and Conditions

By participating in the LawnGuru Referral Program, you agree to these Referral Terms, as well as our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Promotional Credit Terms. These Referral Terms are subject to LawnGuru’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Promotional Credit Terms, which apply in the event of any conflict.

If you do not agree, please do not participate in the program.

The Referral Program allows active LawnGuru users (Referrers) to earn account credits (Referral Credits) by introducing new customers (New Users) to the platform.

• Modification & Termination: LawnGuru reserves the right to modify or cancel the program at any time without notice.

• Account Removal: We may remove you from the program if we suspect fraud or determine you have violated these terms or our Terms of Use.

A Referrer earns credit for a "Qualified Referral" only when all the following conditions are met:

• Direct Sharing: You must send your unique code directly to a New User via email or text.

• New User Action: The New User must (a) register with your code and (b) complete their first order as required by the specific offer.

• Eligibility: The New User must be a first-time customer (never previously registered).

• Identity: The Referrer and New User must not be the same person.

• Verification: LawnGuru must not suspect any fraudulent activity or abuse of the program.

Public Posting Prohibited: You will not receive credit—and existing credits may be revoked—if you post your code to public websites (e.g., Google, Craigslist, RetailMeNot, or public social media threads/pages). Codes are for private, personal sharing only.

New Users who sign up with a valid referral code are eligible for the introductory offer if:

• They meet all requirements stated in the offer before it expires.

• The Referrer is in good standing and has not reached their "Referral Cap" (maximum credit limit).

• LawnGuru determines at checkout that all conditions for a Qualified Referral have been met.

• Variable Rates: Referral Credit amounts vary and are subject to change. Your current offer rate is always displayed in your LawnGuru account under the referral section.

• Revocation: If we determine a credit was issued erroneously, fraudulently, or in violation of these terms (including duplicate accounts for the same user), we reserve the right to revoke the credit.

• Final Authority: LawnGuru reserves the sole discretion to determine whether a referral is "Qualified."
