Do LawnGuru credits expire?

At LawnGuru, we want to make it easy for you to save on your outdoor services. Our credit system is straightforward and designed to reward our loyal customers without the stress of hidden expiration dates.

• No Expiration: LawnGuru credits do not expire. Whether you earned them through a referral or a promotion, they will stay in your account until you are ready to use them.

• Stacking vs. Combining: You can "stack" as many credits in your account as you like, but they cannot be combined into a single large discount. Only one credit can be applied per service visit.

• Automatic Savings: You don't have to worry about choosing which credit to use. Our system will automatically apply your largest available credit to your next service.

If you have three separate $10 credits, your account balance will show $30 in total credits.

• Service 1: Your largest $10 credit is applied automatically.

• Service 2: Your next $10 credit is applied automatically.

• Service 3: Your final $10 credit is applied automatically.

If you add a new promo code while a service is already "In-Progress," that credit will be saved and applied to your following service. To ensure a credit applies to a specific job, make sure it is visible in your account before the provider marks themselves as "En Route."
