How do I contact my service provider?
You can easily communicate with your service provider through the LawnGuru app or website to ask for an ETA or share specific details about your property.
Messaging your provider
You can send a message to your provider at any time:
Log in to the LawnGuru app and tap My Service.
Tap Manage on the service you wish to discuss.
Tap the blue chat icon (💬) to start a conversation.
If you have a recurring service, this messaging option is always available to you.
Calling your provider
For time-sensitive matters, the option to call your provider becomes available on the day of your scheduled service.
Log in to the LawnGuru app and tap My Service.
Tap Manage.
Tap the green phone icon to call your provider directly.
Note: To protect provider privacy and safety while they are on the road, the phone icon will only appear when your service is scheduled for the current day. For future dates, please use the messaging feature.
