Can I schedule service for a specific date?

Yes! You can easily schedule a lawn mowing service for a specific date in the future. This is a great option if you are planning an event, going on vacation, or simply want to stay ahead of your lawn care needs.

To request a specific date, follow these steps in the LawnGuru app:

1. Tap the Shop icon in the navigation bar.

2. Select Lawn Mowing.

3. Choose the Address you would like serviced.

4. Select One-Time service.

5. Tap Future Date.

6. Select your preferred service date from the calendar.

7. Choose the grass height that best represents most of your lawn.

8. Tap Place Order to confirm.

Once your order is placed, our system works to pair you with a local professional.

• 48-Hour Goal: We aim to complete all orders within 48 hours of your requested date, starting from the time a provider accepts the job.

• Weather Permitting: Keep in mind that all services are weather-dependent. If it rains on your requested date, your provider will move the service to the next available dry day to ensure your lawn isn't damaged.

• Provider Acceptance: You will receive a notification as soon as a provider has been assigned to your future-dated request.
