How do I block my Provider?
If you are ever dissatisfied with a provider's service, you can block them directly within the app. Once a provider is blocked, they are immediately removed from your active services and will no longer be able to see or accept any of your future requests.
Providers are not notified when you block them from your account.
Important limitations
There are two instances where a provider cannot be blocked:
En route: You cannot block a provider if they are already on their way to your property for a scheduled service.
Special services: You cannot block a provider for a special project once you have already accepted their custom quote.
How to block a currently assigned provider
If you have a service scheduled and want to remove the assigned provider:
Tap My Service in the bottom navigation bar.
Find the service card for the provider you wish to block and tap Manage.
Tap the three dots (•••) options button.
Select Block this Provider and confirm your choice.
How to block a provider after service is complete
If you've decided you would prefer a different crew for future visits:
Tap History in the bottom navigation bar.
Select the specific service performed by the provider you wish to block.
Scroll to the bottom of the job details and tap the red Block Provider button.
