How do I change my recurring service frequency?

You can easily adjust how often your lawn is mowed directly through the LawnGuru app. Whether you need to switch from weekly to bi-weekly or vice-versa, follow these steps to update your schedule.

1. Log in to the app with your LawnGuru account

2. Tap the My Service icon in the bottom navigation bar.

3. Locate the service card you wish to modify and tap the black Manage button.

4. Tap the Options (three dots) button in the top right corner.

5. Tap Change Frequency from the menu.

6. Select your preferred frequency and tap Save Frequency.

• Schedule Updates: Your next service date will automatically update based on the new frequency you selected.

• Price Adjustments: Please note that changing your frequency may result in a price adjustment. For example, bi-weekly services typically have a slightly higher per-visit rate than weekly services.

• Timing: Changes made while a provider is already en route or on-site may not apply until the following service visit.
