How do I add or update my payment information?
Whether you are placing a new order or updating a card for an existing service, you can manage your payment methods securely within the LawnGuru app.
Update payment for an active service
If you already have a recurring or scheduled service and need to change the card being charged:
Tap My Service in the bottom navigation bar.
Tap the Manage button on the service card you wish to update.
Tap the Options (•••) button.
Tap Change Payment.
Select an existing card or tap Add New Card and enter the details.
Ensure the correct card is highlighted, then tap the green arrow (>) and confirm by tapping Yes.
Add or delete cards for future use
To manage your "Wallet" before you book a new service:
Tap the Account tab.
Tap Payments & Promos.
To Add: Enter your card information as prompted and tap Submit.
To Delete: Tap the red "X" (❌) icon next to the card you wish to remove.
Tap Yes to confirm deletion.
Important reminder
Our system does not automatically switch to a "backup" card if your primary method fails. Please ensure the card assigned to your active service is current to prevent your jobs from being automatically canceled when a provider is en route.
