Viewing Your Service Receipts
After a job is finished, we provide multiple ways for you to review your service details, total charges, and proof of completion.
Automatic Email Receipts
A receipt is automatically sent to the email address associated with your account as soon as a service is marked complete. Each receipt includes:
Service Details: Date and time of the visit.
Financial Breakdown: Total amount charged and any credits or discounts applied.
Property Confirmation: A link or photo of the completed work.
Accessing Receipts in the App
You can view your full billing history at any time directly from your mobile device:
Open the app and navigate to the History tab.
Select the specific Service Date or job you wish to review.
Tap the service to view the digital receipt and the completion photo uploaded by your service provider.
Note: If you are not on-site when service is performed, the completion photo in the app serves as your confirmation that the job was finished to our standards.
