Deleting a payment method can only be done when there are no active services. If you instead need to update your payment information (add a new card), learn how to do so here. Keep in mind, you must contact LawnGuru Support to attach new payment information to a current service as it will not automatically update.
If you do not currently have service, you may delete your payment information by following the steps below:
Web App at lawnguru.co
- Click Sign In
- Enter login information and click Log In
- Click the LawnGuru Logo in the top left corner. This is your service Menu.
- Click the Payment tab.
- Click the Red Trash icon on the existing card on the account.
- Click Yes.
iPhone & Android
- Tap the LawnGuru Logo in the top left corner. This is your service Menu.
- Tap the Payment tab.
- Tap the card you would like to delete.
- Tap Delete Card.
