If you find that you’re unable to complete the jobs on your board due to outside circumstances such as pre-planned vacations or family emergencies, please release your jobs and contact LawnGuru Provider Support immediately. From there we can work to pair your jobs with another service provider before they become overdue. If you are going on vacation please be sure to reach out to support at least a week prior and then again the day before.
Failing to release a job or leaving a job on your board after its due date when you're unable to service it will result in a $10 release fee and decrease your star rating.
