If you find that you’re unable to complete the jobs on your board due to outside circumstances - such as a family emergency, please release your jobs and contact LawnGuru immediately. From there we can work to pair your jobs with another service provider before they become over due. Do not squat on jobs for an indefinite amount of time, make LawnGuru aware so that this doesn’t affect your star rating, cause any cancellations, or result in your removal from the LawnGuru platform.
If it’s a vacation, it’s imperative that LawnGuru is notified with enough time to pair up all the customers on your board, for the duration of the trip. Best practice would be to give LawnGuru - This time period can be flexible dependent upon how many jobs you have on your board and how long you'll be gone.
