Rain delays result in moderate flexibility in all route schedules. Cutting wet lawns can cause damage due to the nature of the work performed. Our policy is to render service on the next dry day. With that being said, it’s required for providers to communicate these delays to customers using the in-app messaging system.
To contact your Customer: Select the Customer from your Job Board you wish to chat with > tap the Chat icon and it will take you straight to their chat > type your message & send (just like a text)!
