You can very easily communicate with your Service Provider within the LawnGuru app or website to gather an ETA or share unique details you'd like them to be aware of regarding your property.
To contact your Service Provider: Login to the LawnGuru app > tap My Service > tap Manage > tap the blue 💬 icon to send a message to your provider
Note: If you're a recurring customer you may message your provider at any time, however, the option to phone your provider will only be available if the service is scheduled for the current day. You will not be able to phone your provider if your service is scheduled for a future date.
You are also able to call your Provider if your service is scheduled for the current day. You can do that right in the App: Login to the LawnGuru app > tap My Service > tap Manage > tap the green phone icon to send a message to your provider.
