You can very easily communicate with your Service Provider within the LawnGuru app or website to gather an ETA or share unique details you'd like them to be aware of regarding your property.
To contact your Service Provider:
1. Login to the LawnGuru app or website
2. Be sure you are viewing the Home screen (if you are viewing the home screen a photo of your provider will be present). If you are not viewing the home screen, tap the LawnGuru Logo in the top left corner > tap Home.
3. Tap the Message icon to text your provider, or the Telephone icon to call your provider.
Note: If you're a recurring customer you may text your provider at any time, however, the option to phone your provider will only be available if the service is scheduled for the current day. You will not be able to phone your provider if your service is scheduled for a future date.
