Pausing your service is a great option if you won’t need it for an extended period. When you pause your service, no services will be scheduled until you either unpause or the new mowing season begins. You’ll receive a notification before service resumes for the new season, so you can adjust your preferences if needed.

You can easily pause your service through the LawnGuru app by following these steps:

For iPhone or Android Users:

1. Open the LawnGuru app and tap on My Service in the lower navigation bar.

2. Locate the service card you wish to pause and tap the Manage button.

3. Tap the Options button.

4. Select Pause Service.

5. Choose the week you'd like service to stop, then tap Pause Service.

Note: When selecting the week, you are setting the date for when you want services to stop, not when they will resume. If you have an active ASAP service scheduled, you’ll need to skip that as well to prevent service before your pause begins.
