How do I pause my service?

Pausing your service is a great choice if you don't need service for an extended period of time, but want to lock in your current rate and keep the same provider in the future. You will not be subject to price increases if you choose to Pause your service.  

You can very easily Pause your service through the LawnGuru app. Follow the instructions below:

 

iPhone or Android App

1. Tap My Service from the lower navigation bar.

2. Find the service card you would like to pause and tap the black Manage button.IMG_293C428E1614-2.jpeg

3. Tap the Options button.

4. Tap Pause Service. 

5. Select the week you would like to pause service and tap Pause Service. 

Note: when selecting the week, you are choosing when you want services to STOP, not when you want them to resume. Your service will remain paused either until you unpause it, or when the next lawn season begins.
