Large snow storms pose a challenge to everyone in their path. When a storm lasts several days multiple plows may be required. In some events, service is simply not possible until after the storm has cleared.

Some storms require multiple visits. During an extended snow event, we may reactivate AutoPlow routes if additional visits are required. Service Providers will still be compensated per clearing and Customers will still be charged on a pay per service basis. Customers may skip a service appointment at anytime within the LawnGuru app.

Unfortunately, it’s impossible for us to offer a product that guarantees everyone timely service during these events. However, we can guarantee that our team of support agents and service providers will do everything in their power to get you taken care of.
