AutoPlow is activated anytime the forecast calls for snow. It's impossible for us to measure snowfall at each home in our service area at the end of the storm. If you didn't receive enough snow at your location but your AutoPlow service was activated, head to the app or website to cancel the current service appointment.
When AutoPlow is activated you are sent a text notification and an email notification alerting you of your snow service so that you have the option to cancel before providers arrive. If there is an extended storm, we may dispatch for AutoPlow multiple times. This is not uncommon as plowing multiple times allows access to your property throughout the duration of the storm. If you need to cancel any AutoPlow services you can do so within the mobile or web app.
Because each snowstorm is different it’s difficult to predict a service window before the start of a storm. Fortunately, the LawnGuru app allows you track job progress and easily chat with your provider.
