AutoPlow is activated anytime the majority of the market is forecasted to snow 2+ inches. It's impossible for us to measure snowfall at each home in our service area at the end of the storm. If you didn't receive 2+ inches, but your AutoPlow service was activated, head to the app or website to cancel the current service appointment.
When AutoPlow is activated you are sent a text notification and an email notification alerting you of your snow service so that you have the option to cancel before providers arrive. If your area was forecasted for 6-8 inches, the AutoPlow will be dispatched accordingly. If you only receive 3 inches, you can re request with the appropriate snowfall amount, or cancel the request all together.
Because each snowstorm is different it’s difficult to predict a service window before the start of a storm. Fortunately, the LawnGuru app allows you track job progress and easily chat with your provider.
