AutoPlow providers are expected to commit to servicing AutoPlow customers whenever it snows. This means you must be available to start your route promptly when a storm ends. In some cases, routes may need to begin in the middle of the night if that’s when the snow stops. If you cannot make this commitment, it may be best to only accept one-time (1x) orders rather than recurring AutoPlow jobs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Route Confirmation: Providers must Confirm Their Routes at the start of each storm to ensure the route remains in good standing. Failing to confirm your route may result in the reassignment of jobs to other providers, and may incur release fees for each affected customer.
- Timeliness: Providers are expected to begin their route as soon as the storm ends and make consistent progress throughout the service area. While there is a 6-hour window to complete AutoPlow services, it’s important not to wait until the last minute to start your route. Timely action is crucial to maintain your route and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Quality of Work: All service areas must be sufficiently cleared of any loose snow and receive an adequate amount of de-icer when included in the order details. Rushed work, missed areas, or incomplete services will result in refunds and negative marks to your account.
