So, you've given a customer your website and they've booked service through your link, nice job! From here, you have 2 options to choose from. Do you want to add the customer to your route to service, or do you want to send them to the LawnGuru Marketplace?
If the customer is a good match for your route and you wish to service them, it should be a no brainer! Follow these steps to add them to your route:
- From the 'Claim' page, select 'Website' from the drop down menu at the top
- Select the service that you'd like to respond to
- Tap 'Claim Job' and select the date you'd like to perform the work
Note: If this is a Special Service, then the customer hasn't booked yet. Follow the prompts instead to send them a quote for service. Once they accept, it will automatically be placed on your route.
If the customer doesn't look like it will be a good fit for you, you're better off rejecting their request and letting another LawnGuru pro service them. You'll be paid a $15 referral bonus after their service if you take this route!
- From the 'Claim' page, select 'Website' from the drop down menu at the top
- Select the service that you'd like to respond to
- Tap the 'Reject' button to send them on there way to another top rated crew
Bear in mind that leads only stay pending for 24 hours. We notify you when a customer books, so be sure to check the leads right away if you want to add them to your route!
