Once a provider accepts your job you can expect service within 48 hours. Depending on the location of your property it may take several hours, to a few days before a provider accepts your request.
You'll receive an automatic text notification when your request is accepted and a second notification when your provider is on their way.
After your job has been accepted you can easily contact your provider directly within our in app messaging system to ask what time they will be arriving.
For Recurring Service
After the first week of service has been rendered and you've been worked into the schedule, you will be serviced on the same day each week, or bi-weekly. If you choose the "WildCard Request" option, we can change your service day, if needed. We do this to optimize routes and ensure you're paired with a truck who is consistently in the area.
We strive for a 8 hour response window during snow storms, however sometimes with a high order volume it can take longer. Ultimately timing will depend on how close the nearest available plow driver is to you. Once you're paired with a service provider, you may contact them within the app to gather an ETA.
