If you have something unique about your property (ie: unburied cables, fragile plants, etc) that you want to relay to your LawnGuru Provider so they're aware while servicing your property, you may add Service Details to your order.
To add service details login to the LawnGuru mobile or web app:
- Click Properties.
- Click the property you wish to add Service Details to.
- Click Edit.
- Click Edit Details
- Click Lawn Mowing Notes/Comments
- Update or Save your details.
The comments listed under your Property Details will remain unless removed, meaning they will automatically be forwarded to your provider for all service requests.
If you'd like to message your Provider directly regarding these special details, you may do so within the LawnGuru app.
