If you have something unique about your property (ie: unburied cables, fresh sod, etc) that you want to relay to your LawnGuru Provider so they're aware while servicing your property, you may add Property Details to your account.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Properties
- Choose the correct address
- Tap Update Property Details
- Scroll down and tap Lawn/Landscaping Notes
- Tap the green > arrow to save note
The notes you provide will remain unless removed and they will automatically be forwarded to your provider for all service requests.
If you'd like to message your Provider directly regarding these special details, you may do so within the LawnGuru app.
