After requesting service, you will be paired with a local provider.
All special requests should be directed towards them via phone call or text from within the app. You can also save additional comments regarding your property under the property details page.
The comments listed under your property details will remain unless removed, meaning they will automatically be forwarded to the provider for all services requests. They will also remain if you change providers or are simply ordering on demand requests.
If needed, a LawnGuru support agent is happy to relay the message to the provider.
