One-Time Requests must be completed the same day they're accepted or the following day.
Recurring Requests must be completed on the day you select when accepting the job. If there is an active job you will be given the option to add this job to your board for immediate service (today or tomorrow). As a Provider, you must complete recurring jobs on the same day they are scheduled each week.
Pro Tip: All recurring requests must be serviced the same week they're accepted. If you choose to accept a job to service on Tuesdays, but it just so happens to be Wednesday, you still need to make sure you service that customer this week. After the first week you'll be free to cut them consistently on the 'day' that you initially chose. This is to avoid the customer having to wait to receive service.
Snow Clearing Jobs
Snow Requests must be completed within 6 hours after a snowstorm has ended unless otherwise specified by your customer.
If you haven't completed a job within the terms outlined above, your customer satisfaction rating will decrease, a release fee may be applied, and your account will be placed under review pending suspension. We understand that circumstances outside your control may arise. In the event that you are unable to meet these time constraints, always notify your customer using the in-app call or message features. This will help you maintain a perfect 5-star rating and allow you to continue servicing customers using LawnGuru.
