Lawn mowing prices are calculated based on service area size measured in square feet (SqFt) - in addition to our base rate. Base rates can vary based on the demand in an area, our pricing stays dynamic to our customer and provider ratio.

When a user traces their property with our mapping tools, we calculate the size of those areas in square feet. It's important to accurately trace your property. Service requests for properties that are traced Poorly will be canceled by our service providers.  For help tracing your property, click here

If you only need a small portion of your property serviced, our base rate still applies to the cost of the service. If your property size exceeds the maximum size covered by our base rate, your price will increase by a small amount per 1,000 square feet. 

You can find your specific quote from the 'Shop' page in the app if your property is mapped out already. Just follow the prompts from there to see you're rate per service.
