If you've scheduled a Recurring Service you'll likely have the same provider for the entire season. In the event that a provider is forced to release you from their job board (ex: equipment malfunctions, family emergencies, etc.) we'll automatically start working to pair you with a new provider.
If you utilize LawnGuru's On-Demand feature for requesting a cut, you will be paired with whichever nearby provider accepts your request first in order to deliver service in a timely fashion.
If at any time you're left unsatisfied with the work performed by your provider, you can always request through our support line that they are removed and we will pair you with a new provider.
