The purpose of this FAQ is to help familiarize you with job markers inside the LawnGuru app. As a service provider, you will likely see six types of job markers placed on the LawnGuru map.
Recurring Lawn markers represent weekly or bi-weekly jobs that are available to accept. When you accept a recurring job, that job will automatically be added to your route for the scheduled day chosen by the service Provider each week.
One Time Lawn markers represent available one off jobs. When you accept a One Time job it will be instantly added to your route. One Time Requests must be completed within 48hrs of accepting the job. If you release a one time job after acceptance it may result in a negative rating and a release fee.
Scheduled Lawn markers represent available One Time Jobs that have been scheduled for a future date. When you accept a Scheduled Lawn Request it will automatically be added to your route for the day it was scheduled and must be completed on that day.
Claimed Job markers represent today's jobs that still need to be completed.
Snow markers represent one off snow clearing request. When you accept a snow job it will be instantly added to your route. Snow Requests must be completed within 6 hrs once the storm ends. If you release a snow job after acceptance it may result in a negative rating and a release fee.
Special Job markers can represent a wide variety of outdoor services including Yard Clean Ups, Overseeding, Aeration, Sprinkler Winterization, Mulch Spreading, Garden Bed Weeding, Hedge Trimming and more! Special Service Jobs are only available to the top performing providers in each market.
