We've made adding clients simple, fast and easy.

To add your customers to LawnGuru:

1. From the 'Route' screen, tap the "..." Options button
2. Select the "Add Client" option..
3. Next, you'll be asked to enter your clients First and Last name and their mobile phone number. Quotes will be delivered via text message so you must enter a mobile number.
4. Enter your clients' service address.
5. Next, we'll bring up a satellite image of the property. Use our in app tools to mark and measure the areas as needed. Add points along the perimeter of the lawn. You can calculate the exact square footage of the lawn itself by excluding the house and driveway from your mappings.
6. After you trace the property you'll be able to select the service details and options to be included in the quote.
7. Once you've finished setting up the property and service details, we'll automatically provide you with suggested pricing. However, you can easily override these suggestions by tapping the 'Your Client Pays' price.
8. When you're ready to send the quote, simply tap the "Text Quote" button. From there we deliver the quote to your customer via a text message. When your customer accepts the quote, we'll automatically collect payment information and add the job to your job board.
