To ensure your AutoPlow route is properly assigned to you, LawnGuru requires all providers to confirm their route before each storm. Here’s how to do it:
- Reply to the Roll Call Text: You’ll receive a Roll Call text message before AutoPlow jobs are activated. The message will be sent from +1 (855) 517-0845 and will include important details about the upcoming storm, including the predicted start time. We recommend that you save this number to help make sure that you confirm in time.
- Confirm Your Route: To confirm your route, simply reply 'Confirm' to the text message.
- Confirmation Receipt: After sending your confirmation, you will receive an automated response confirming that your route has been successfully confirmed. If for any reason you do not receive a confirmation message, please contact LawnGuru Support directly.
Important Note: If you are unable to commit to your AutoPlow route for a specific storm, reply 'Release' instead. This lets LawnGuru know that you won’t be available to service the route. Standard release fees may apply, and it's always best to notify LawnGuru as early as possible if you won’t be available for a storm.
Providers can usually expect the roll call text message when it starts snowing or the night before a snow storm. Here’s an example of what the confirmation text may look like:
