If you haven't received a notification from LawnGuru about your AutoPlow job activation, but you expect or have received sufficient snowfall, you can request activation. Here's how:
- Tap 'Routes' on the navigation bar at the bottom.
- Tap the '...' options button.
- Tap 'View AutoPlow Route'.
- Tap 'Request Activation'.
- Select the jobs you believe should be activated by tapping them from the list or map.
- Tap 'Activate [X] Jobs' (where [X] is the number of jobs selected).
- Select the amount of snow you expect to receive.
- Tap 'Request AutoPlow Activation'.
Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation text indicating that your request has been received from the Provider Support Line. If possible, please reply to this message with a photo of the snowy conditions near you along with where you’re located. This will help our team quickly get your AutoPlow route activated.
Important Note: Requesting activation does not guarantee that your jobs will be activated. Only proceed with completing the jobs if they appear on your route and are ready for service.
