If you sell a Special Service that requires you to buy materials, it's important to record this through the app. This will protect you in the case that a customer wishes to cancel services after you've already purchased materials if you're unable to return them.
- Select the service from your "Route" page
- Tap the "..." Options button
- Tap "Materials Purchased"
- Describe the materials that you've purchased and the price you paid for these materials
- Upload a clear photo of the receipt that shows the price you paid and what you purchased
