To earn and maintain your Elite Provider Badging you must

• Complete at least 100 jobs in the last 12 months
• Activate your free provider website
• Maintain a Provider Rating of 4.8 or better
• Complete at least 85% of services the day they were scheduled to be completed
• Maintain below a .75% Fix-It Claim rate
• Average below a 2 hour response time to customers and LawnGuru during regular hours

Becoming an Elite provider is invite-only, and LawnGuru's support team has the final say in who qualifies based on their experience with each provider who meets the metrics.
