Once you've claimed a few jobs, you may find yourself trying to figure out the best route to service your customers. Luckily, we've already thought of that and made it easy!
From the 'Routes' page, open the options menu in the top right corner and select 'Set Route Order'. From here you can select which day's route you'd like to set with the drop down menu at the top. When viewing today's route, you can 'Auto Route' the jobs to instantly set the most efficient order to tackle all of your services.
You'll be prompted to select a starting location and ending location to best optimize your route. By default, it will use your current location as the start point, and your dispatch location from your service area as the end point, but you can change these by tapping them and entering a new address. Auto Route automatically takes into consideration things like traffic, road closures, and one way streets, so you always know that it's coming up with the best route possible.
If you don't want to Auto Route your jobs, you can still manually set the route order by tapping jobs individually to set the order instead then saving. If you're doing it manually, you do not need to tap every single job. You can save at any time part way though and any jobs that you did not set, will automatically be put at the end of your route.
If you only need to move 1 job around or make a minor change, you can also re-organize your route from the 'Route' screen. Just make sure that you have the list view of your route pulled up instead of the map view. Tap and hold the job you want to move then slide it up or down your route for a quick change.
