Have A Commercial Property On Your Route?
Use this guide to ensure they stay on your routes forever and you're avoiding unnecessary return trips to document or complete a service.
1. Before Photos
Before photos are amazing for preventing wanton disputes from these customers. Remember, most property managers or investors aren't physically located at their property. They can only glean what you provide or their tenant(s) tell them.
We strongly encourage you to document the full service area with before pictures. This way anything which may cause an issue with service (ie: tenant vehicles in the service area) can be shown irrefutably.
2. After Photos
After photos are the first line of defense for support agents who connect with your customers. If you've got after photos that line up with the before photos and cover the entire service area, there is no room for gray area which can result in undeserved fix-it tickets.
3. Pile Awareness
Do your best to make sure the piles of snow you push aren't blocking anything; such as parking spots, dumpsters, doors, or streets. It's also essential not to put the snow onto someone else's property or in a place that encumbers neighbors.
4. Salt
