When is my next service?

You can easily check when your next service is scheduled by using the LawnGuru mobile app or website.

To find your next service date:

1. Log in to your LawnGuru account.

2. Tap My Service in the bottom navigation bar.

3. Select Manage on your active service (e.g., Manage Mowing).

4. Your upcoming service date will be displayed at the top of the service details.

If your grass is growing faster than expected and you need a cut before your next scheduled date, you have two options:

• Message your provider: Use the chat icon within the app to ask if they can move your service up.

• Contact support: Reach out to the LawnGuru support team, and we will work to get a crew out to your property as quickly as possible.
