How do I join LawnGuru?

Welcome to LawnGuru! Setting up an account is the first step toward effortless outdoor home care. You can sign up using our mobile app for iOS and Android or via our web portal.

1. Download the App: Search for "LawnGuru" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, or visit our web app.

2. Enter Your Details: You will be prompted to provide your:

   • First and Last Name

   • Valid Email Address

   • Mobile Phone Number

3. Create a Password: Choose a secure password to protect your account.

4. Verify Your Phone Number: For security, we will send a 4-digit verification code via SMS to your mobile number. Enter this code into the app to verify your identity.

Once your account is created, you’ll need to tell us where the work needs to be done:

• Add Property: Enter your service address.

• Map Your Lawn: You will be shown a satellite image of your property. Follow the on-screen tools to trace the area of your lawn. This ensures you receive an instant, accurate price based on the exact square footage of your yard. You can learn how to trace your property here

To request a service, you must have a valid credit or debit card on file.

• Secure Processing: Your payment information is encrypted and handled securely.

• When You're Charged: We verify your card when a provider is en route, but the payment is only finalized after the service is complete and you've received your photo receipt.
