Yes, you will stay informed throughout every snow event. We understand how important it is to know when your driveway will be clear, so we provide multiple ways to track your service.

Automated notifications

You don't need to check the app constantly to stay updated. We send proactive alerts directly to your phone:

  • Service Activation: We’ll send you a text notification before each storm to let you know a service has been scheduled for your property.

  • On My Way: You will receive a second alert when your provider is officially en route to your location.

  • Completion: Once the job is finished, you’ll receive a final confirmation text.

Tracking and communication

For more detailed information during a storm, you can use the LawnGuru app to:

  • Monitor Progress: Track the real-time status of your request from "Assigned" to "On My Way" to "Completed."

  • Direct Messaging: If you have specific instructions or need a precise ETA, you can message your provider directly through the app once they are assigned to your job.

  • Job Photos: Review a photo of your cleared property immediately after the service is finished.

Note: During major winter storms, our support team also operates with extended hours to assist you with any real-time issues.
