How long will it take to receive service?

Whether you are booking a lawn mowing or snow plowing service, we work to pair you with a provider as quickly as possible. Timing is determined by provider availability and weather conditions.

• First service: Once a provider accepts your request, service is typically completed within 48 hours. Depending on your location, it may take a few hours for a provider to accept the job.

• Recurring service: After your initial visit, your property will be serviced on the same day each week (or every other week).

• Route optimization: If you select "First Available" for a recurring order, your service day may be adjusted during the season. This ensures you are paired with a crew that is consistently working in your neighborhood.

We aim to complete all orders within 6 hours after the storm has ended, and once you’ve been paired with a provider. During periods of extremely high order volume, this may take longer. Your specific timing depends on the proximity of the nearest available provider.

You will receive an automatic text notification when your request is accepted and another when your provider is on their way. Once a provider is assigned, you can:

• Track progress: View the status of your order in the LawnGuru app.

• Contact your provider: Message your provider directly within the app to request an ETA.

Note: All service dates and time frames are weather permitting. Significant rain or ongoing snowfall may delay service for the safety of our providers and the quality of the work.
