No, you do not need to be home for your service. Our providers are skilled professionals who come fully equipped with the necessary tools and information to complete the job independently.
Preparing for your service
To ensure the best results and a smooth experience, please prepare your property before the provider arrives. You will receive an alert when a provider is on their way; at that time, please ensure:
Access: Gates are unlocked and any access codes are provided in your property notes.
Obstacles: The lawn is clear of non-permanent items like toys, garden hoses, and tools.
Pets: All pets are safely secured indoors.
Watering: Sprinklers are turned off and not scheduled to run during the service window.
Vehicles: Driveways are clear if you have requested a snow plowing or driveway-adjacent service.
Note: If the service was canceled due to preparation issues, a cancellation fee may apply.
After service is complete
Once the job is finished, we’ll keep you informed:
Notifications: You will receive a text message letting you know the service is complete.
Receipts: A formal receipt, including a photo of the completed work, will be sent to your email.
