How do I skip a service appointment?
If you don't need a cut, you can easily skip your upcoming scheduled visit directly through the LawnGuru app.
How it works
To skip a service, follow these steps based on your appointment timing:
Tap the My Service icon in the lower navigation bar.
To skip a visit scheduled for today, tap the green Manage Today's Service button.
To skip a future visit, tap the black Manage button on the relevant service card.
Tap the three dots (•••) in the top corner.
Tap Skip Next Cut (or Cancel Today's Service) and select Yes to confirm.
Important rules and fees
To avoid a cancellation fee, please skip your service at least 24 hours in advance. If you skip while a provider is already en route or on-site, a cancellation fee will be charged to compensate the provider for their time and fuel.
Please note that skipping a service is irreversible in the app. If you skip a service by mistake, please contact Customer Support for assistance in rescheduling your service back to your original schedule.
