Using the LawnGuru app you can cancel a service appointment with the push of a button.

To cancel a 1x snow service: open the app > tap My Service > tap Manage Today's Service > tap ••• > tap Cancel Today's Service > tap Yes.

To Skip your AutoPlow appointment until the next snowfall, just reply 'skip' to the activation text message you receive prior to service taking place.

Note: If you have more than 1 property enrolled in AutoPlow, or your provider is on their way to you, you will have to skip within the LawnGuru app using the same method above for cancelling a 1x snow service.

To cancel your AutoPlow subscription entirely: tap My Service > tap Manage AutoPlow > tap ••• > tap Cancel Service > enter reason > tap green forward arrow > tap Yes.

If a request is canceled when your provider is already on their way, a cancelation fee will apply. You can read more about that here.

Note: If you do not require an AutoPlow service but did not opt-out by canceling the request, LawnGuru is not responsible for issuing refunds. Like for any service on our platform, cancelations must be done within the app or website before service is rendered.
